Operator in Welding Robots

Job

As an operator in welding robots you are an important link between the production process of different silo elements. You will be responsible for the following tasks:

• You take care of the composition and semi-automatic welding of different silo parts according to the various working drawings and work instructions.
• Moreover, you operate the welding robot while respecting the indications regarding work and safety instructions.
• You will be checking the different robots, as well as the welded parts. If necessary, you will take care of the adjustments.
• Finally, you will contribute to a clean and pleasant working environment. You are prepared to work closely with your colleagues and help each other out, if necessary.

Profile

• You are eager to roll up your sleeves and you are prepared to work independently as well as in team in our welding department.
• You are quite good in Dutch.
• You have already worked as a semi-automatic welder and you know how to read technical plans.
• Any experience in operating (welding) robots is a big plus.
• You know how to work with an overhead crane, because of your experience.
• When you have a forklift truck certificate, this is a great benefit, but not a requirement.
• You are prepared to work in 2 or 3 shifts.
